Emmie, I would like permission to use your words describing how you feel upon entering a bookstore. I’m a volunteer for our local historical society in a small county in Maryland. We currently have an antique shop (mostly consignments) plus an annex run totally by volunteers with profits going to the society. I’m presently setting up a bookstore from consigned and donated books down the street from our other two shops.
Your words describe how I feel about bookstores and I would like your permission to use those words (attributed to you, of course) in advertising the opening of this store.
I hope you have a moment to contact me as soon as possible so that I will know if it’s okay with you that I proceed. Many thanks either way for your perfect description.
